Is APC-USA National Branch With its Eighty-Five Executives Set-Up to Fail Again this Time Around?

For approximately twenty years, its executive official’s numerical aggregate was between twenty-three officials or below. The branch was trouble free for thirteen years out of twenty years of enjoyed relative peace.
